This is the story we hear so often and often we're able to find answers and provide solutions
The Iceberg: What lies beneath your symptoms?
The Road to Healing
There are often ups and downs in the process of healing. Experience has taught us that clients without a concrete vision of their improved well-being often fail in finding the strength needed to carry them through the process of healing. It's important you are able to visualize yourself with better health and vitality in order to bring it into the present moment. What would you do if you felt better? Where would you be? What would you be doing? Who would you be with? What would it feel like?
You are The Influencer. It is easy for the name of a disease to displace your identity. This creates psychological baggage that you also have to overcome. It's possible to become attached to a disease identity if the type of attention your condition receives is feeling cared for. This can hinder you from getting better if you're unaware of it.
Every day you are doing things that move you towards or away from better health and these decisions add up over time.
In your Journey Back to Health and Happiness every moment and every day counts. Again it is a paradigm shift to not think of yourself as a victim of your heath. You have a choice.
Even though your health issues can be an intricate web with many layers to work through, there are factors with your control that serve as the foundation on which you can start building better health.
You need to master "breathing," "eating," "sleeping," "moving," and "happiness." Once this foundation is in place, any treatments that follow are likely to be more effective.
Balancing Vital Needs
Nothing can replace the benefits exercise has on the mind and body
There is no separation between mind and body. The more happiness you bring in the healthier you become
Sleep makes up about a third of our life and adequate sleep is necessary to heal any health issue
The food you choose to eat becomes the medicine or poison you ingest everyday
Breathing happens about 22,000 times per day and has the power to shift us towards stress or healing

In only 2-3 months, he helped me make breakthroughs I didn't think were possible- especially with my cranial pain. I'd had a hard run and felt really broken down when I started seeing him but he somehow helped get me out of the trenches. He is worth every penny, every minute. If you are suffering from any complex or chronic condition, and you feel like you're at the end of your rope, start with this guy.

I was given a comprehensive evaluation and designed a stretching and exercise program that was specifically designed for me. Over the next few months, I made changes: Lost 23 lbs. in 4.5 months and my clothes feel great. While this was my primary goal, I feel the other changes I attained were far more significant. I’ve stopped taking birth control pills (yes, after 27 years) and other medications. And, no more use of sleep aids.

I used to get 1-3 tension headaches weekly, and now I no longer get them or have to use medication. My energy levels increased dramatically and I’m more active now than I have been in years. I’m no longer tired or drained all the time. Weekends are no longer for sleeping. I’m a sound sleeper now and sleep straight through the night, whereas before I was a very light sleeper, and lucky if I slept 5 hrs. a night.
Sometimes friends and family look at you and see nothing wrong, but they don't feel what you feel. When doctors can't find anything wrong and your test results look normal, they can be dismissive when you're actually suffering.
We listen closely to your symptoms, ask important questions, and begin investigating areas that may be seemingly unrelated. Being a good detective is where we help you find the connections to what you're feeling and what the causes might be.
