Identifying Your Triggers: The Web

You must find what your unique set of triggers are for your brain to prevent the progression of neurodegenerative disease
Triggers could be foods you're eating that you think are healthy, imbalanced microbiome, chemicals and toxins your body is exposed to on a daily basis, hidden infections, inflammation, and an overall unhealthy lifestyle.
These triggers influence many parts of your physiology such as gut, liver, brain, hormonal,  immune, and vascular systems.
The interaction between all these aspects gives you the potential of expressing neurodegenerative  disease and associated symptoms.
